About the Role
As the Planner – Plant Maintenance you will manage the critical pump maintenance and plant maintenance planning. This is to ensure the ANE plant at Liddell is maintained in a safe, cost effective and systematic manner.
Orica -Liddell ANE facility operates 24/7 manufacturing ANE in the Upper Hunter Valley region between Singleton and Muswellbrook. NSW.
What you will be doing:
Manage the maintenance resources to support the operation of the plant.
Work with the Maintenance Manager to develop maintenance solutions that will effectively support long term plant operation.
Provide input into the budget for the reserve, including providing input into Capital plan.
Manage the SAP PM system, ensuring data quality and timeliness.
Support the maintenance process on both fixed plant and vehicles.
Coach and support Liddell Manufacturing Team in relation to improving performance through improved maintenance &/or operating practice.
Ensure maintenance contractors are selected and managed to required standard.
Work with the Maintenance Manager to improve operational performance.
Continued development of safe working practices to ensure no injury to self or others.
Ensure maintenance complies with statutory requirements and Orica policies.
What you will bring:
Electrical Trade qualified (preferred) or similar.
2 years supervisory experience in manufacturing, plant or refining operations.
Experience in Reliability Centred Maintenance and Critical Machine Maintenance (ANE and MMU product pumps).
Strong computer skills and maintenance system experience, SAP experience including Computer Maintenance System Experience.
Excellent management, communication and leadership skills.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Results orientated, conceptual thinker with a tenacity for taking initiative and getting the job done.
