As a Production Superintendent at Albermarle you will be responsible for leading your large team of multidisciplinary direct reports will consist of continuous shift operations, technical and mechanical support personnel. Working together you will ensure that the manufacturing strategy is developed and executed safely and at optimal operational unit cost. You will have the opportunity to interact with various Albemarle global support groups and have the ability to gain invaluable commissioning & start-up experience here and possibly at our installations abroad.

Work with our support functions to prepare your team for commissioning, start-up and ongoing operation of Albemarle’s new facility in Kemerton.

Experience in a similar front line leadership position.
A working knowledge of continuous improvement framework.
A working knowledge of risk management systems and framework.
A working knowledge of operational budget development and management.
This is a permanent role that will require time working in Perth and also our Australind Offices until site based offices are constructed.
