We are looking for expressions of interest for casual Process Operators to monitor the processing plant and operate equipment in a safe, productive and efficient manner, to maximise plant performance and achieve quality product to meet customer requirements.
These roles will be offered on a casual engagement on a FIFO 2/1 roster from Perth or Port Hedland.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Monitor and control areas of the processing plant such as;
HPGR (high pressure grinding), screening, heavy media separation circuit, milling and gravity circuits, flotation, filtration, reagents, and tailings treatment
Identify and communicate items of the plant that require preventative maintenance or repair
Identifying and providing recommendations on process improvements
Solid experience in operating a wet processing plant in particularly heavy medium separation, grinding, floatation or reagents and filter press.
Demonstrated mechanical aptitude for all positions
Current WA Driver’s licence is essential
Forklift, confined space, working at heights or EWP (Elevated Work Platform) ticket
This is a physically demanding role in challenging conditions. You must be able to pass a full pre-employment medical, and a drug and alcohol screen. You will be requested to provide a current (no more than 6 months) National Police Clearance.
