Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor at South Walker Creek some of your responsibilities may include
Ensure compliance to the 1SAP process for work execution and capture related transactional data into the 1SAP system
Safely execute work orders as per schedule and relevant work instructions associated with the work orders
Breakdown and preventative maintenance activities on Draglines, CHPP and mobile equipment.
Active involvement in the maintenance planning process
Assist with the development of shutdown plans
Provide input into root cause analysis and subsequent resolution of issues affecting equipment reliability
Ensure returns of unused or reparable materials are processed accurately
Identify inefficiencies and work to remove such inefficiencies with the support of your Line Manager
As the successful candidate, you will possess the following:
Mechanical Fitter Trade Qualification
Previous experience in a similar role in fixed plant maintenance with Dragline experience
Non slew crane, EWP, Forklift Certificates are desirable
Sound communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer literacy using Microsoft Office suite
Valid Australian C Class driver’s license essential
SAP experience is desirable
