Based in our Perth CBD office, the successful candidate will provide a customer focused service desk support to users throughout the company and across the globe. Assists in the administration of end user computing services, remote support and back end administration.
Manage and resolve incidents using the Help desk system, including call logging and tracking of resolutions.
Administration of ICT end user computing and in the installation of hardware and software.
Assist with user and email account management, application troubleshooting and installation.
Assist with procurement, tracking, configuration, deployment and faults with IT equipment.
Co-ordinate with site employees to roll out IT initiatives.
Diagnose and resolve integration issues.
Ensures compliance with licensing requirements.
Maintains a good understanding of the services/products provided by Perenti to ensure service desk activities meet business needs.
2 years’ experience in a similar role.
Strong customer focus on delivery
HTML, Java, JQuery, BQL, Ajax and Json scripting
Cisco CCNA, Microsoft MCP desirable but not essential
Mining industry experience preferred but not essential
