We are looking for a SME with scaffolding/ access back ground. That person must have good knowledge and the ability to communicate with key clients.
This role will have its main focus on leadership and customer relationship development.
The applicant should also be a strong safety leader in both process and personal safety with a risk-based mind-set.
You should be a strategic thinker with good business and commercial acumen & the ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.
Quality People Management skills are a must.

You must possess the following:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Supervisory Role at the level of Coordinator or above in Scaffolding
A strong understanding and extensive working knowledge of the mining and construction industry is essential.
Manage and Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of projects.
An ambitious, tenacious, driven leader with a real passion for delivering beyond the clients expectations.
Modell an overriding commitment to health, safety, environment responsibility and sustainable development.
Provide active field leadership, mentoring and guidance to the teams.
Manage high risk activities in a structured and controlled manner utilizing existing business process and systems
Competencies & Experience Required
Solid experience as a scaffolder as well as Supervisory experience.
