Dacian Gold is seeking to employ a Site Administrator to be responsible for site related administration and travel and accommodation coordination for the Mt Morgans Gold Operation.
This role is offered on 8 days on, 6 days off Fly In Fly Out roster from Perth to Laverton, or Drive In Drive Out to site from local regional centres.
Reporting to the Site Services and Commercial Coordinator, responsibilities of this role will include;
Provide general site administrative support and reception duties such as managing incoming telephone calls, deliveries, mail and correspondence;
Coordinate and schedule site travel, including flights, accommodation, rosters and related bookings;
Provide a point of contact for mobilisation, company policy and timesheet enquiries for all site based personnel;
Manage site administration communications (including incoming email) and ensure all queries are answered promptly and that appropriate actions are taken;
Ensure that all personnel meet site entry requirements and are mobilised and demobilised in accordance with Company policy;
Liaise with new personnel to administer and coordinate inductions, travel, accommodation and PPE;
Compile, maintain and report on site related information, including timesheet and leave request processing, compliance tracking, rosters and statutory site hours reporting;
Establish and maintain effective working relationship with employees, catering and airline contractors, the local community and suppliers.

The ideal candidate for this position will meet the following criteria;
Driver’s license (C Class, manual car) - essential;
Recent and relevant experience working as a Site Administrator;
Experience in the resources sector or related industry;
Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office, knowledge of INX flight and roster management software (one or more of: InFlight, InControl, InTuition and +LMS) and accounting software (Pronto desirable);
Highly organised, with the proven ability to maintain multiple priorities simultaneously;
Excellent attention to detail;
Good interpersonal and communication skills – including written and verbal; and,
An excellent approach to customer service.
In addition, the following experience will be highly regarded;
Managing high-volume personnel mobilisation / demobilisation;
Coordinating village accommodation, room allocation and schedules;
Developing and maintaining contractor and supplier relationships; and,
Experience updating and maintaining records in +LMS.
