The Opportunity

Civmec are currently seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join our team. This position is a FIFO role on a 3:1 roster (point of hire Perth, W.A) and is for an exciting new project based in the Pilbara region.

Duties and Responsibilities

Coordinate site inductions

Compile weekly reports

Prepare weekly time sheets and submit to payroll

Organise travel and accommodation bookings, registers and reports

Coordinate training and inductions for new personnel on site

Mobilise and demobilise all personnel arriving to and leaving from site

Maintain and manage the operational assets register

Ensure maintenance and upgrade of project data and statistics

Provide document control of drawings, specifications and transmittals

Accumulate and manage day work records and registers for site

Ensure maintenance of inspection and testing documentation

Assist in the compilation of MDR’s and IOM’s when required

File documents and ensure accurate records management

Take minutes of meetings as requested by senior management

Manage site purchase order system including reconciling invoices to purchase orders

Perform other general duties that may be necessary to suit operational requirements as directed

About You

Essential

Previous demonstrated site administration experience

Strong Microsoft office suite skills

Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work autonomously in a fast paced working environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills

Time management skills
