Responsible for developing, interpreting, and implementing general accounting systems, financial concepts for financial planning and control or for collecting, managing, and providing resolution of outstanding invoices. Performs technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance. Works directly with varying business units, sales support, customer service and auditing agencies. Responsible to gather, analyze, prepare, and summarize recommendations for financial plans, trended future requirements, operating forecasts, etc. Performs economic research and studies in the areas of rates of returns, depreciations, working capital requirements, investment opportunities, investment performance, and impact of governmental requirements. Prepares journal entries, maintains and reconciles ledger accounts. Provides record of assets, liabilities, and other financial transactions. Balances books periodically and prepares profit and loss, income, and balance sheet statements. Maintains receipts and disbursement reports. Maintains tax records and the preparation of all or specifically assigned tax returns and related reports. Performs pre-sale credit risk revaluation, including financial statement analysis and analysis for data obtained from bank and trade references.
Education and Experience:
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and a minimum of 0 - 2 years of directly related experience.
