We are seeking applications from supervisors that have demonstrated experience in the Civil Construction and Utilities industry, in particular power based projects. This position is based on a 2/1 roster on a Rio Tinto project. Candidates who are RTIO inducted and immediately available will be highly regarded.

The role will be responsible for the overall successful delivery of a strategically critical project for the company. You will be responsible for the delivery of safe production and the financial performance whilst maintaining sustainability through structured planning, relationship management, contract compliance, effective project controls and people management.

Diligently managing the relationships between the client and major subcontractors you will ensure the company is compliant with its contractual obligations and that its interests are protected and maximised for the life of the project. 

You will be a results focused leader with 5+ years of experience in supervision across the resources and/or contracting industries. Your ability to be responsive and find innovative solutions to increase productivity and production through effective management of project resources will set you apart.

Proven project management experience including operations, maintenance and continuous improvement

Extensive experience in the civil / utilities sector.

Ability to read and understand construction drawings.

Building and maintaining of strong client relationships

Ability to analyse performance and drive improvement

Highly developed interpersonal skills including liaising with all levels of the organisation

An ability to adapt to unexpected situations willingly and re-prioritise accordingly, including redirecting effort and resources

Current unencumbered WA "C" class drivers licence
