We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic person who can deliver a professional excellence and contribute to maintaining our position as the world leader in real-time Mine Management Systems across our blue-chip customer base whilst maintaining our immaculate safety record.
This role based in Brisbane will work with our regional corporate customers and Komatsu company partners to maintain and grow long-term sustainable relationships and increase awareness and use of Modular's products and services.
Establish and evolve a team working relationship with identified Komatsu and Modular representatives, to drive an ever increasing level of partnership with Modular's corporate customers within the Australian region.
Develop joint business opportunities with Komatsu, leveraging Komatsu's early key presence as an OEM vendor in major mining fleet purchases and supporting teh focus of providing customers with solutions to mining problems.
Clearly communicate and demonstrate the functions, features and uses of Modular solutions to help advance opportunities with regional corporate customers and Komatsu company partners.
Assist Komatsu company partners with the response to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs.
Assist with the management and facilitation of the Strategic Alliances program and Global Framework Agreements for Modular's corporate customers based in the Australian region.
Degree in Marketing, Engineering or related field.
Extensive experience in sales or business development in the mining industry.
Ability to swiftly identify opportunities and solutions.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to travel throughout Australia.
Excellent mining related knowledge - terms, processes, technology applications and solutions.
Experience or exposure to Modular products and their use.
