Reporting to the maintenance Superintendent this role will manage the underground maintenance planning systems to ensure that all maintenance occurs in an organised and efficient manner to optimize the safety and performance of all assets at the mine.
Manage maintenance spend in line with the annual budgets set by Maintenance Superintendent
Ensure schedules are accurately monitored to ensure equipment availability and reliabilities are achieved
Confirm, collate and deliver the weekly schedule Work Orders generated by Pronto, to the respective area supervisor
Be proactive in identifying and reporting potential hazards and eliminating risk taking behaviours or actions
Actively promote continuous improvement to improve safety, operational efficiencies and reduce costs
Commit to maintain health, safety and security standards and principles, both within own workplace and through the identification of potential risks throughout Evolution

You will have:
Mechanical or Electrical trade certificate (essential)
Tertiary qualification in maintenance management (preferred)
Prior experience in supervisory and/or maintenance management role
Solid mobile plant and mine infrastructure experience is essential
Previous experience in asset management.
Competent user of Pronto, MS Project, MS Word and Excel
Proficient with data management and software
Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills at all levels
Project management skills advantageous
