About the Role
The IT Support Analyst Level 1 requires a highly customer focused individual with great communication skills and a can-do attitude. Diagnosing and resolving technology issues by following resolution procedures as a partner in the business.
Some of the key result areas in this role also include:
Ownership of the IT Support phone line and ensuring calls are promptly answered.
The deployment of Evolution’s Standard Operating Environment to new computers
Contributing to the achievement of the Group IT Balanced Business Plan and any supporting projects or initiatives.
With at least 1-year of experience in an IT Support role or a high pace multi-site environment. It will also support to you if you have/ can demonstrate:
Strong customer service skills
Strong troubleshooting skills
Interest in technology and the drive to develop.
