We are currently seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join our Operations team at our head office. Reporting to the Project Support Coordinator, this role will provide project administration support to multiple remote sites from the convenience of our well-appointed Osborne Park office.

Tasks include but not limited to:
Collating job packs/onboarding documentation for new starters
Co-ordinating travel and accommodation bookings
Accurate data entry
Maintaining and updating roster information
Raising purchase orders and receipting of same
General administration duties
Successful candidate will have:
Min 2 yrs experience in a similar role
High attention to detail
High level of computer literacy in all MS Office applications
Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and customer service skills
