Key tasks and responsibilities:
Operate large vehicles
Pre-start and shut down checks on all equipment
Load and transport rock
Working as a member of a larger team
Communicating with a wide variety of people
Housekeeping of vehicles and loading area
To be successful in this role you will have the following:
Be comfortable driving for up to 11 hours a shift
Have a genuine interest in a career in the mining industry
Work and communicate well within a team environment
Be able to pass a pre-employment medical and fitness assessment including drug and alcohol testing.
Applicants must hold a full, clean, current driver’s licence and can confidently drive a manual vehicle over rough terrain.
