Our Organisational Development Specialist Role:
This is a 12 month fixed term maternity relief opportunity on a Monday to Friday roster. You will join the People, Safety and Environment team where you will coordinate programs and activities to support capability and culture, succession planning, leadership development and employee engagement across the Northparkes operation.
You will engage with internal stakeholders, to build and maintain relationships to ensure the success of organisational development programs. You will also manage established relationships with external providers to deliver organisational development services across the business.

The successful applicant will possess the following essential criteria:
Tertiary qualifications in Adult Education, Communication, Psychology, Human Resources or related discipline
Highly developed relationship building and influencing skills with the ability to negotiate complex issues
Previous experience in a HR generalist, development or training role
Executive coaching qualification highly desirable
