We are currently looking for a Group Manager – External and Indigenous Relations to be based at our centrally located offices in Sydney. This role will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of a comprehensive community and stakeholder relations strategy, framework and risk management.
In your role you will implement Evolution’s long-term social responsibility strategy, develop and oversee the government framework for this, as well as identifying and managing social responsibility risks, opportunities and mitigation.
You will be an ambassador internally and externally, building strong partnerships to deliver sustainable outcomes for Evolution and our local communities.
Project identification and planning will be a key part of this role and supporting our sites with their community projects. You will also support our sites with community related matters as well as ensuring cross functional collaboration and knowledge sharing across the sites.

Prior experience leading community interactions and negotiations as well as building relationships with indigenous communities is important fo this role. You will also have previously lead project teams or working groups and have experience working cross-functionally.
