Your new Role

We are looking for a collaborative, innovative People & Performance Advisor to join our People & Safety team. This is a permanent position based at Prominent Hill and reports directly to the People & Safety Manager. This role is responsible for Talent Acquisition and Management functions and projects, as well as the people business as usual requirements supporting the Prominent Hill workforce.

Your main tasks will include:

Transformation and implementing innovation and AI into this people space,

Holistic view on the latest and greatest trends heading our way,

Push for data-driven Talent Strategies,

Modernize Worker enablement and engagement,

Recruitment and generalist tasks in the people space.

You will have:

Critical thinking, creativity, cultural awareness and sensitivity, and decision-making skills are essential.  You will be asked to demonstrate this during the interview process.

A good understanding of the human resources function, including leave provisions, employee entitlements, probations, onboarding, separation etc.

A solid track record of implementing value-add initiatives and a passion for excellence.

Comfortable and thrives working in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrated ability to project manage, work autonomously, plan and execute.

Excellent knowledge and understanding of industrial instruments, with experience dealing with complex and sensitive employee relations issues and delivering successful outcomes.

A great communicator, who develops strong, productive partnerships and is comfortable engaging/influencing key stakeholders at all levels.

A collaborative and team oriented operator with a strong focus on sharing knowledge, ideas and building trust.
