An exciting opportunity is available for a Project Supervisor based at our Gunnedah project site to contribute to the safe and reliable performance of Emeco’s earthmoving equipment rental fleet. Reporting to the Project Manager, this role is responsible for leading and mentoring a team of skilled tradesman to effectively and safely maintain Emeco’s fleet of earth moving equipment.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following:
A strong commitment to safety leadership.
Proven experience in a maintenance planning, scheduling, plant availability and preventative maintenance associated with mining and heavy mobile equipment (Caterpillar, Komatsu and Hitachi).
Ensure full statutory and safety compliance of all maintenance activities.
Effective planning and organising skills including establishment of goals, setting priorities, schedule activities and arrange necessary resources.
Ability to deliver to deadlines and ensure maintenance activities are performed in accordance to company guidelines, processes and within budget.
Substantial knowledge and experience utilising computer programs including Computerised Maintenance Management Systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Demonstrate high-level communication and interpersonal skills with proven attention to detail. In addition, you will be in possession of the following:
Demonstrated previous experience in a supervisory role preferred
Recognised National Trade Qualification mandatory
Supervisor Qualification: S1, S2, S3, G2 highly regarded
Certificate IV in Frontline Management (desirable)
Location: Gunnedah NSW
