The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Supply Officer to join our team at our Queensland Operations on a permanent roster of 2 weeks on site and 2 weeks home. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the Warehouse team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, train and mentor the warehouse team to optimise supply performance and efficiency;

Ensure adherence with business processes and policies, driving a culture that facilitates teamwork and continuous improvement;

Raise purchase requisitions for goods and services;

Control the inbound and outbound freight, including unloading and loading of transport vehicles;

Goods receipt and storage of all goods in accordance with company procedures, including Dangerous Goods management;

Control and carry out stock management activities including stock reconciliation, goods issuing and cyclic stock taking.

Skills, Experience & Attributes:

Strong commitment to safety;

Experience in a similar role, preferably within the mining industry;

Proven experience in supervising staff;

Ability to communicate effectively within all levels of the business;

Demonstrate strong analytical/problem solving skills;

Sound computer skills with prior ERP software experience (preferably SAP);

Must hold a valid manual driver’s license and forklift ticket;

Stores handling and transport of Explosives RIIBLA205D preferred but not essential
