Job Tasks and Responsibilities

Reporting to the Reliability Coordinator, you will be a part of a dynamic and motivated team. The role will require you to:

Identify and implement initiatives to improve safety, reliability (MTBF) and availability and reduce costs

Optimize equipment maintenance strategies and tactics

Collaborate closely with the maintenance and planning teams to implement and generate continuous improvement initiatives

Scope, design and implement site engineering projects

Conduct failure analysis on downtime and critical component failures

Skills and Experience

Essential Criteria:

Tertiary qualifications in engineering (Electrical or Mechanical)

A minimum of 5+ years of experience working in a field or mobile mining fleet

Site-based experience working directly with maintenance teams

Experience in leading and defining maintenance strategies and tactics

Experience in leading condition monitoring activities

Experienced in life cycle modelling, financial analysis, and financial justification

Experienced practitioner in FMECA and RCA

Detailed knowledge of CMMS systems, with specific knowledge of SAP

Proficient in conducting statistical analysis downtime data and CMMS data
