The Opportunity

We are growing! Founded in 2010, our team have been growing our services with organisations that value the health and safety of their people.

We have a number of Occupational Health Roles to support our current client contracts. You will assist with managing onsite injuries and act in a mentoring role to build onsite medical capability. You will be supported by the REHS team, a great team of experienced professionals to ensure you succeed in the role.

Key responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

Management of on-site injuries

Notification and reporting of Injuries to relevant Line Management

Coordination of medical review of injuries if required


Work in collaboration with the patient, client and REHS to support and manage the end to end injury management requirement for both work related and non-work related cases

Ensure delivery of superior RTW outcomes

Work within the REHS systems including early intervention injury and illness management programs in line with policy and legislative requirements

Champion identified projects to meet both short and long term goals of the patient and client

On call for after-hours call outs as required

Audiometric Screening as required

About you

First and foremost, you must be passionate about emergency health and have a genuine background in delivering remote health services.

You will need:

Minimum 5 years post graduate experience

AHPRA Registered

Workers' Compensation qualification  

Understanding and ability to develop and implement workers' compensation rehabilitation & return to work programs and plans according to legal requirements.

Knowledge of relevant RTW, WHS, Privacy and Equal Opportunity legislation, rights and obligations

Previous experience working in an industrial environment 

Previous experience with Occupational Health Management systems (injury management, fitness for work, etc.)

Ability to use initiative and pre-empt needs 

The ability to effectively communicate and influence at all levels of the organisation

Planning and organising skills to schedule and monitor activities 

The ability to work autonomously

Current Drivers Licence
