More Than 100 Jobs Possible Under Plan For Kalgoorlie-Boulder Rare Earths Processing Plant

About 100 long-term jobs will be on offer if a proposed new cracking and leaching plant goes ahead in Kalgoorlie-Boulder.

Rare earths miner Lynas Corp and the City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder signed a memorandum of understanding today to investigate building the plant in the City.

Lynas chief executive Amanda Lacaze said Kalgoorlie-Boulder presented a strong case to host the plant.
